For stores tired of carts that never pay

Agents can hold your stock. Not for free.

You already filter fake carts out of your flows every week. When buying agents come to your store, each one pays a deposit before a single unit is held. If it does not buy, the item goes back on sale. And a hold is never counted as a sale.

A hold that costs nothing tells you nothing.

Carts that never pay

They trigger your flows and land in your reports like real shoppers.

Stock hidden from buyers

A unit sitting in a cart is a unit nobody else can buy.

Numbers you cannot trust

Interest and sales blur together until you stop believing either.

Same agent, same unit, two kinds of hold

Free hold vs funded hold, moment by moment.

Left: what a hold usually costs the holder, which is nothing. Right: what happens when the hold runs through 20&4HOURS.

The momentFree holdFunded hold
01Before anyone asksAnything that reaches your checkout can start one.Only approved buyer agents. Your store is checked first: ownership, current stock, checkout credit, refunds and payment destination.
02The agent asksThe unit disappears into a cart. The agent gets a quote. A quote does not hold the item. The deposit depends on item price, hold length and available stock.
03It holds your last unitFor as long as the cart decides.Only after the deposit is paid and stock is checked again. From 15 seconds to your listing maximum, never more than 24 hours.
04It walks awayYou find out when the cart ages out, if it ever does. When the hold ends, the item is available again. Any refund or forfeiture follows the agreed terms and a confirmed payment event.
05It buysA normal order, if it happens. The full deposit is credited toward that order.
06Drop dayThe fastest cart takes the stock, paying or not.A timed window on a synced SKU, with a start, an end and a reservation cap backed by available stock.
07Your dashboardReal interest mixed in with noise.Funded holds, distinct agents, repeat holds and independently verified orders, per SKU. A hold signals interest; it is not a sale.
08You have had enoughBlock, filter, start again next week.Pause new holds. The dashboard shows what happened to each reservation.
09The billNothing to pay, nothing to show for it.Starter is $0 a month. Your store pays 2% only after a paid order and full deposit credit are independently verified.

Deposits and holds begin only after a store passes verification and reservations are activated for that store.

How it works

From store setup
to a clear outcome.

Four steps. Nothing is held until the last one is done.

01

Connect your store

Create a free account, register your Shopify or WooCommerce store, and verify that you own it.

02

Set up inventory

Review your items and available units. Manual entries are previews until stock is verified.

03

Review before activation

We check inventory, checkout credit, refunds, and settlement with your store before enabling reservations.

04

Cart negotiation

Answer a price objection
without losing the margin.

When a buyer agent balks at your price, counter instead of losing the cart or posting a blanket discount code. You set the unit cost, required margin, maximum discount and an optional hard floor. A fixed pricing engine decides every number from those inputs; no language model can set or move a price.

Your floor is a net floor

The 2.5% fee is reserved inside the floor before any price is quoted, so what you set is what you keep.

Paid on verified sales only

Owed after the paid order is checked against the negotiated discount and amount. Unconverted or refunded carts are not billed.

Built-in holdout

A share of sessions is withheld so you can measure what negotiation adds instead of assuming it.
